What is the confidential advisor for?

Unpleasant things can occur in any environment, also at T.S.V.V. Merlijn. Examples include sexual harassment, sexual assault, violence and aggression, but also discrimination, bullying, harassment and / or abuse of power. This can take place or have taken place within your team, in the canteen, but also outside of it. Even if there are situations with the board, you can contact the confidential advisor. If you have any concerns, you can always approach the confidential advisor for an interview or advice. If you want to speak to someone outside of T.S.V.V. Merlijn you can go to the confidential advisor of T.S.H.V. SHOT, Renske van der Linden.

How does it work?

You can tell her your story and she will take you seriously. Then, if you need it, she can give advice on possible next steps to take and look for a solution together. Actions are taken only in consultation with you and based on your needs.

What is the confidential advisor not for?

The confidential advisor is not an extension of the board and has an independent position. In addition, she does not engage in truth-finding. She will therefore not investigate “the complaint”, but can support you and look for a solution together.
