Due to the spread of COVID-19, we ask our members, opponents and visitors to follow the restrictions that the Sports Center and our club have taken. Please read the rules that currently apply thoroughly.

Important:
All measurements mentioned below are taken for the benefit of your and our own health. We therefore hope we can count on your cooperation.

Opponent:
At the moment it looks like changing rooms will be open on matchdays, but only for the opponent. As a member of Merlijn you must change and shower at home.
Toilets will be open for use, but only one person at the time can enter the building. This also applies to filling your bottles of water.
When entering the building you must always first disinfect your hands. It is expected that the Sports Center will place a disinfection column at the entrance in the week of 7 September.

The changing rooms and showers are available to opponents, but under the following conditions:

  • Maximum 5 people per dressing room
  • Keep 1.5M distance
  • Do not stay in the changing room for longer than 15 minutes
  • When you arrive, follow the rules and walking routes.

Tips:

  • It is recommended to come to the location dressed up
  • Showering is allowed, but consider whether it is useful with the restriction of 5 per dressing room and max. 15 minutes inside
  • To ensure that the changing rooms do not have to be used as much, it may be wise to bring a dry shirt and a tracksuit.

Furthermore, we must inform the university which players and staff members are present at the match (names and telephone numbers). We request that you ask the coach to provide us with the list of names and telephone numbers prior to the match by sending an email to voorzitter@tsvvmerlijn.nl.

At the moment we do NOT allow any spectators and visitors at our games. So please stay at home, it is very important that the matches can proceed safely.
